ProcessMart
printProcessMart is an optional module that can be purchased together with MetricsMart or with the InsightBI platform. It includes Altosoft’s unique process state engine, which is the foundation of Altosoft’s industry-leading business process intelligence capabilities.
ProcessMart tracks and maintains a complete record of every business process instance at it flows sequentially (or asequentially) through a series of process milestones. Maintaining this complete record of process state, even across multiple operational systems (ERP, CRM, inventory management, etc.) permits holistic process monitoring and analysis of core business processes for both process performance and process quality.
ProcessMart monitors key milestones and calculates process-related KPIs.
