ProcessMart tracks and maintains a complete record of every business process instance as it flows sequentially (or asequentially) through a series of process milestones. Maintaining this complete record of process state, even across multiple operational systems (ERP, CRM, inventory management, etc.), permits holistic process monitoring and analysis of core business processes. Thus, ProcessMart can provide you with information about process performance:

1. How long does it take on average to complete a process or parts of a process?
2. Which groups/individuals are the most efficient or inefficient at completing certain process tasks?
3. Is there a problem with any individual single process?

Or process quality:

1. Where are the bottlenecks in a process?
2. How often does the process fail to reach completion?
3. If the process does fail, where is it failing, and why?

This information can be essential to understanding and optimizing your business.
