The Insight Dashboard for Operations Manager can provide global visibility into the various operations and states of all managed systems, and deliver a business outlook on the impact of this information.

System Center Operations Manager stores a rich treasure of system data in a comprehensive data warehouse. Unfortunately, existing reporting tools are unable to capture the details encapsulated and trends inherent in this data in either a thorough or an easy manner.

Our dashboards can plug into your data warehouse and give you detailed insight into alerts, application exceptions, events, performance, availability and other such data within minutes. You can not only monitor data in real-time as it is collected by Operations Manager, but also analyze trends and report on them.

A key aspect of these dashboards is the ability to drill down into charts, grids and graphs. With a few clicks, you can dig into your data by chosen parameters and transform graphs to gain more granular perspectives. For example, if you notice that overall system downtime has been particularly high for a certain week, you can explore the problem by the underlying individual systems in which it occurred and then determine the relevant time of the day or person involved.

We provide flexible deployment options, allowing users to view the dashboard in a browser, in SharePoint or even within System Center Operations Manager.

We provide a shrink-wrapped version of the Insight dashboard for System Center, which requres users to specify where their System Center datawarehouses are located; downloads will be made available shortly.

Alternatively, these dashboards can be easily customized as required; users can choose to combine data from a variety of sources and specify their own metrics to build personalized dashboards. Detailed customizations will require one week at the most, though this time period may be less than one day, depending on the degree of customization.
